The British Embassy provides a full Consular Services but on an appointment basis only.

If you wish to lodge a passport application or need Consular Services, you need to call our Consular enquiry number to book an appointment. The Consularr enquiry number can be called between Sunday to Wednesday 08:00 am - 03:30 and Thursday 08:00 am - 02:00 PM. The Consular equiry number is +963-11-3391541- ( Please bear with us as it is busy most of the time but gives a normal ringing tone to the caller). This is not a visa enquiry number. At the present calles may have to wait for up to 2 weeks for an appointment for routine matters - passport renewal or legislation work. Outside therse hours we offer a 24/7 memrgency duty officer line ( 0933 214342). This number is for genuine emergencies - detention, hospitalisation, accident rather than for routine passport issues.
